Online registration for returning students, will open on July 24, 2023 and close on August 4, 2023.

Online registration is available on TeacherEase beginning July 24th for pre-registered Kindergarten, and continuing students. Students attending Project Help will receive information from Project Help and do NOT need to complete online registration. The registration process has been updated and you may find it beneficial to watch this quick video on how to complete the forms. (TeacherEase Help). For best results when registering from a mobile device, download the TeacherEase-Parent app from your devices app store.

If you do not have an e-mail address registered with the school or cannot remember your e-mail address used for TeacherEase, please e-mail tech.staff@caseywestfield.org with your e-mail address, student name(s) and grade(s). If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot your password?" link on the TeacherEase Parent Portal. 

New students or students who weren't enrolled at the end of the 2022-2023 school year (Kindergarten students that have not pre-registered) will need to click the following link for registration: New Student Registration

Students will need to have a signed Medication Authorization Form on file with the nurse in their building before any prescription or over the counter medications, including Tylenol and ibuprofen, will be given. (Student/Parent Handbook)

Kindergarten students and a parent will need to attend orientation on Friday, August 18th, 2023. More information along with orientation sign-up forms, may be found on the Kindergarten Orientation Information Page.
