FYI, Remote Students - will login to TeacherEase once per day for their attendance. Upon login a screen will popup for them to "check-in" Gold and Purple Students - On the days they are not in the building, they will also need to login to Teacher Ease, and "check-in" The students may login to Teacher Ease between 12:01 AM - 11:59 PM each day for attendance. The students DO NOT need a question for daily attendance.

The CW JH Softball team beat Lawrenceville 10 to 0 after 5 innings on Tuesday. The Lady Braves are now 3-0 on the season and have outscored opponents 37 to 2. Their next game is at home on Friday at 4:00 pm against Red Hill, immediately followed by a 5:30 game against Neoga.

The JH Baseball game for tonight against Palestine has been cancelled.

The Purple/Gold Calendar has been sent through TeacherEase to all parents/guardians and students, along with our daily time schedule. As we are dismissing at 2:00 each day, an after-school study hall is available for all Jr/Sr High students from 2:00-3:15. Please remember masks will be required at all times in the building. Remote learners will be contacted on Friday by their teachers regarding class information. If you have any questions for teachers, please reach out to them via email.

Parent reminder: Chromebook distribution for any student at Monroe, in grades K-6 who have selected Remote Learning, will be on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 from 8:00 am - 11:00 am at the Monroe gym lobby doors.

We are aware of the confusion regarding the student schedules. The random appearance of the schedule is due to a programming error within the student management system, not a data entry error. We are working with the software company to correct the schedule malfunction. Please focus on the class periods (Day One Periods 1-4 and Day 2 Periods 5-8) and not on the order in which they appear on the schedule. Hopefully we will have the problem corrected soon. 2020-2021 CWJr/Sr High School 7th Grade and New Student Facility Tours are available! The Jr./Sr. High School building will be opened to 7th graders and new district students on Thursday, August 20th from 2:00-7:00 pm. Students may request a 30 minute time slot to tour the building, locate lockers, classrooms, cafeteria, etc. As no other visitors are allowed in the building at this time, it will be limited to only students in groups of ten or less per time slot. The times will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. This will NOT be a time for students to decorate lockers or socially visit with other students. Students are required to wear masks when entering the building and temperatures will be taken. Students, please enter through the main office doors at the front of the school. Jr/Sr High School Chrome Book Pick Up Chromebooks will be distributed on August 18th & 19th from 1:00-6:00 PM on the North side of the Jr/Sr. High School. Please park in the driveway and stay in your vehicle- someone will come out to assist you. An email has been sent to junior high and high school students indicating if they are in Group A (Gold) or Group B (Purple). The email has also been sent to the parent/guardian email that is listed in Teacher Ease. Please be sure to read the email for information regarding grouping and schedules for the upcoming school year.

We had a slight glitch with the parking permit form, but it is now fixed! You can find the form on the CW Jr/Sr High School website under Registration Information, Registration Forms. You can pay the $10 parking pass fee through TeacherEase if done in conjunction with the registration form. If you have already registered, a payment will need to be mailed or dropped off at the High School front door drop box. If you have already paid for the parking pass but have not filled out the application, you can fill out the form at any time.

REMINDER: Online registration for returning Casey-Westfield C4 students will be closing on Friday, August 7, 2020. If you have not completed your online registration, please login to the Parent Portal to complete your students registration.
