UIC - Urbana Campus is holding a Virtual Nursing Open House This is a great way to participate without having to make the drive.

Seniors & Parents/Guardians of Seniors, On Tuesday, September 20th at 6:30 p.m., we will hold a financial aid presentation in Art's Hall. This presentation outlines the general financial aid process and provides insight on how financial aid works. It introduces the the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) along with summarizing state and federal aid programs among other topics. Please plan to attend this presentation. Seniors and parents/guardians are welcome. This is a great way to start collecting information to help make decisions for life after high school. We look forward to seeing you!

The Casey-Westfield Lady Braves softball team defeated Palestine Hutsonville 7 to 1 to finish the regular season with a record of 27 and 1. The Lady Braves play the in the regional semifinal this Saturday at home at 10 am against Arthur.

The Lady Braves softball team defeated Paris Mayo 11 to 1 and advance to 26 and 1 on the season. With tonight's victory the Lady Braves win the Regular Season Conference Championship going undefeated 9 and 0 in conference.

Casey-Westfield Lady Braves Softball advances to 25 and 1 on the season with a 9 to 0 win over Vandalia and a 10 to 0 win over Windsor/Stew-Stras today.

Casey-Westfield Lady Braves softball advances to 22 and 1 on the season with a 16 to 0 win over Oblong today.

Golf: Casey-Westfield boys split a dual match yesterday at Arcola. Connor Yates was C-W medalist with a 46. Their record is now 8-10 for the season.

The Casey-Westfield Lady Braves softball team defeated Paris Crestwood tonight 6 to 4. The Lady Braves advance to 21 and 1 on the season.

Students in grades 7-9 will be bringing home IAR reports from the State of Illinois that detail their performance on the English/Language Arts and Math tests they took in the Spring. Help Wanted Monroe Elementary School is seeking applicants for a cafeteria helper from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on student attendance days for the 2022-23 school year. Starting salary: $13.00 per hour. Candidates should pick up an application at Monroe or Unit Office. Deadline to apply: September 7, 2022.

Reminder: Chromebook Distribution for all Jr./Sr. High School Students will be today (August 11th) from 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. and 1:00 P.M. 6:00 P.M. behind the High School by the cafeteria. If you are not able to pick up your Chromebook today it will be available to pick up before school on Wednesday, August 17th.

Homerooms and Jr-Sr High Schedules are now available for viewing in TeacherEase Parent Portal. The information is under the Academics tab (schedule for Monroe and classes for the Jr-Sr High).

REMINDER - Online Registration for Casey-Westfield C4 students will close on Friday, August 5th . If you have not done so, please complete your Childs registration information in TeacherEase.

Parking assignments for juniors and seniors will be Thursday, August 11th, at the High School main office. Seniors will be able to pick their spots from 10am-11am and juniors from 11am-12pm. Parking privileges will be denied unless the fee is paid. Students can pay online through TeacherEase or you can pay in person the day of. Parking permit form MUST be complete when choosing your spots. Form can be found on the school website under School Registration Forms, or stop by the high school office to pick one up. Juniors and seniors may paint their parking block for $20. Designs must be approved before painting, please send designs to heather.lee@caseywestfield.org or haley.honselman@caseywestfield.org. If you were a junior last year and painted your block but would like to move parking spots or repaint, please submit that request when you email your design so parking block can be cleared for the next person in advance. Chromebook handout will be Thursday, August 11th from 10am-12pm and 1pm-6pm. Chromebooks will be brought to your vehicle, behind the high school by the cafeteria. Students will be able to come into the Jr.-Sr. High School to decorate their lockers on Thursday, August 11th, from 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm.

Online registration for returning Casey-Westfeild students is now open and will remain open through Friday, August 5, 2022. Please login to the Parent Portal to complete your students registration. For best results when registering from a mobile device, download the TeacherEase-Parent app from your devices app store. New students (that have not contacted their school) may register by completing the new student request. At this time, schedules for JH/SH and classroom teacher assignments for Monroe are not available. Kindergarten orientation will be August 17th. Additional information will be sent at a later date.
