Tomorrow is the big day!! Join us here at the high school in the Industrial Arts classroom for our Open House, which will run from 9-4 pm. We will have a free gift with purchase and there will be a grand prize drawing at the end of the day. This cute "Fa-la-la-la" Christmas light sign is 9" tall and 37" long. It can be free standing or hung on a wall. You do not have to be present to win. I will notify you with a text message. Hope to see you tomorrow!

Members of the Casey-Westfield FFA participated in the Agronomy Contest at Lake Land College on Thursday and placed 3rd overall as a team. Marshall Goble placed 6th overall in the individual category, and Gunnar Jayne place 12th in the individual category.

Calling all Candy Cane on Main shoppers! The Casey-Westfield Industrial Arts will be hosting an open house during the Candy Canes on Main Event on December 2nd from 9 A.M.- 4 P.M. It will be a cash-and-carry only, but you will have the opportunity to place orders for custom-made items or for out-of-stock items. The students do a fantastic job on furniture and we will have some examples set up in the shop area. We will have a variety of crafts and other items to choose from. Most items range from $5 to $50. All proceeds will go directly to fund our program. Come check us out at the High School in the Industrial Arts room. I am very proud of the hard work the kids put into their woodworking. For those who haven't visited before, the Industrial Arts room is located on the west end of the school next to the baseball diamond. You can enter either through the door on the south side of the building on Edgar Street or you can pull around back and come through the shop doors. Casey-Westfield will be having an all-school send-off for Kayla Clark on Friday, November 3rd at 11:30 am. We'd like to wish Kayla good luck as she leaves for Peoria, IL to compete in the IHSA Class 1A Girls Cross Country State Meet!​

Casey-Westfield High School will be having a pep rally on Friday, November 3rd for the Warrior football team at 2:40 pm. Show your support for the Warriors as they prepare for the 2nd round of the IHSA playoffs!

Attention all Casey-Westfield Jr.-Sr. High Students!!! There will be a fan bus available for this coming Saturday (November 4th) for all those students who would like to make the trip to Greenfield to cheer on the Warriors! There will be a sign-up sheet in both offices at the Jr.-Sr. High School. The Rotary Club has been gracious enough to cover the expenses for the trip and pay for all students who attend. The only expense that students need to cover is for food. The opportunity to sign up will end by 8:00 am on Friday. Any questions or concerns, let Coach High know a.s.a.p.!

​The Lady Warriors will take on Tri-County Monday night at 6:00 pm in the first round of the Class 1A Casey-Westfield Regional Tournament. We look forward to seeing Warrior fans at Bob Durham Court to cheer on the Lady Warriors! Go Warriors!

Softball Camp for grades 1-6 starts today from 3:30 to 5:00 pm at the trucker diamond at Fairview park, and runs through Wednesday. Cost is $30 for single entries and $20 for siblings. Checks can be written out to CW softball, as proceeds go to the CW softball program. Students can still be signed up at camp today if they haven't signed up yet.

Casey-Westfield Jr./Sr. High School has an immediate opening for a Support Staff One-on-One Student Aide. Hours are 7:45 am - 3:15 pm on student attendance days per the District calendar. This is a 9 month position. Please send letter of interest and/or resume to james.sullivan@caseywestfield.org

The JH Softball team will play in the Sectional Championship this Saturday in Toledo vs Newton at 11 am after their 4 to 3 victory over Robinson in the Regional Championship. Newton comes into the game with a 16 and 0 record and CW comes in with a record of 25 and 2. The winner will advance to the state tournament.

HS Girls Tennis hosts T-Town tonight. Boys Golf travels to St. Elmo. JV football travels to Newton.
