Please remember, there are situations in which your student will need to stay home. These include:
· If your student has symptoms of COVID (fever 100.4 or greater, new onset of moderate to severe headache, shortness of breath, new cough, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea, new loss of sense of taste or smell, fatigue from unknown causes, muscle or body aches from unknown causes).
· If anyone in the home has symptoms of COVID.
· If your student has been tested for COVID and is waiting for results.
· If anyone in the home has been tested for COVID and is waiting for results.
· If your student is in quarantine.
If one of these situations apply to your student, please call the school nurse for further instructions. Thank you!
Casey-Westfield's district open house scheduled for tonight has been cancelled. We apologize for the late notice, however, we are excited to welcome our students back tomorrow. All students should bring all school supplies with them tomorrow morning. Have a great evening.
Casey Westfield schools will be hosting a back to school Open House on Tuesday, August 17 from 6:00 - 7:30. Monroe students are encouraged to bring their supplies and drop them off in preparation for the first day of school on Wednesday, August 18. At this time, masks are recommended.
-Braves Baseball is hosting Robinson tonight for their first game of the season. Game is to start at 4:30 p.m. at the Fairview Park Baseball Field.
-Lady Braves Softball has an away game tonight against Charleston at 4:30 p.m.
There are items (desks, filing cabinets, etc.) located at the Roosevelt parking lot that are free to take.
Casey-Westfield High School is seeking applicants for a night custodian. Hours are from 3 p.m.-11 p.m. Starting pay is $15/hour. Please stop by the high school to pick up an application.
Students will be able to come into the Jr.-Sr. High School to decorate their lockers on Thursday, August 12th, from 9am-12pm and 1pm-3pm.
Parking assignments for juniors and seniors will be Thursday, August 12th, at the High School main office. Seniors will be able to pick their spots from 9am-10am and juniors from 10am-11am. Parking privileges will be denied unless the fee is paid. Students can pay online through TeacherEase or you can pay in person the day of. Parking permit form MUST be complete when choosing your spots. Form can be found on the school website under School Registration Forms, or stop by the high school office to pick one up.
The Lady Braves will be traveling to Arthur today for a doubleheader. First game starts at 4:30 p.m. Bus time is 2:00 p.m. at the Fairview Softball Field.
Casey-Westfield Lady Braves will be hosting Altamont in a doubleheader today, first game starts at 4:30 p.m. at the Fairview Park Softball Diamond.
Casey-Westfield will be participating in the Free Breakfast and Lunch program for all students. You do NOT need to add lunch money to your students account except for Al carte items.
Casey-Westfield School District is seeking applicants for custodians, kitchen staff, and classroom aides to work day and evening hours at both schools. Starting salary begins at $13.00 per hour depending on the position. Applications are available at the Unit Office, 502 E Delaware, Casey. Applications may be returned to the Unit office, Monroe Elementary, or the Jr./Sr. High School.
IHSA/IESA SPORTS PHYSICALS AT SARAH BUSH IN CASEY JULY 13... $20 ( no insurance will be billed) with the cost being donated to C-W Booster Club. Appointments are not required, walk-ins are welcome. All athletes who get a physical will receive a free Casey-Westfield t-shirt.

Must have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing, problem solve, maintain accurate records, operate computers and serve as confidentiality. Applicants must have the ability to get along with others and demonstrate patience in dealing with children, parents and staff.
Hours are 7:45 am - 3:00 pm. Secretary works all student attendance days. The starting pay is $13.00/hour.

Spring picture day for Monroe Elementary School is scheduled for Friday, February 19, 2021. The process for Spring pictures this year will be prepay only! The only students that will be photographed are the ones that prepay online or provide the teacher an envelope with payment on picture day. No envelopes or orders will be accepted at the school after picture day. You may order online at https://inter-state.com/order. This picture day event's online order code is 56706FF. Picture envelopes will be sent home with students on Tuesday, February 9th.
