The 5th grade class has taken a deep dive into sewing/embroidery. I am amazed with how well they did! We learned the whipstitch, backstitch, and running stitch. All the fabric was donated by the community! Check out our ornaments!

Veterans Day

Casey-Westfield Jr./Sr. High School has an immediate open Housekeeping position. This will be a nine-month position, 8 hours a day, that begins two days before the start of school and ends one day after school ends. The shift for this position starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 p.m. The current starting rate for housekeepers is $19/hr. Applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds. The potential for summer work depends on the needs of the district. Please stop by Casey-Westfield Jr./Sr. High School to pick up an application.

Mrs. McFarland's second grade class having been learning about the voting process today. They read Duck for President. They then got to vote for either Farmer Brown or Duck to be president! Duck won the class vote!

As we are heading into the time of year where illnesses are more prevalent, unfortunately there may be times your student will be sick. We love having our students present, but there are times when students need to stay home. We'll be sharing information of when to keep your student home and when your student can return to school.
