The District Open House is scheduled for Thursday, August 17!!! Come out and visit your child's classroom at Monroe from 5:00 to 6:30 pm and at the JSHS from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.
The JH Softball team starts the season 4 and 0 this week beating Mattoon 7 to 6, Arthur 12 to 0, Oakwood 10 to 0 and Palestine Hutsonville 13 to 0. The Lady Braves host Marshall Monday at 4:30.
Parking assignments for juniors and seniors will be Monday, August 14th, at the High School main office. Seniors will be able to pick their spots from 9am-10am and juniors from 10am-11am. Parking privileges will be denied unless the fee is paid. Students can pay online through TeacherEase or you can pay in person the day of. Parking permit form MUST be complete when choosing your sports. Form can be found on the school website under School Registration Forms, or stop by the high school office to pick one up.
Juniors and Seniors may paint their parking block for $20. Designs must be approved before painting, please send designs to heather.lee@caseywestfield.org. If you were a junior last year and painted your block but would like to move parking spots or repaint, please submit that request when you email your design so the parking block can be cleared for the next person in advance.
Chromebooks will be distributed to the Jr.-Sr. High School students on Friday, August 18th, during the school day. More information to come.
Students will be able to come into the Jr.-Sr. High School to decorate lockers on August 14th & 15th, from 8:30am-11:30am and 1pm-3pm.

Casey-Westfield Jr./Sr. High School has the following openings for the 2023-2024 school year: Support Staff: (1) One-on-One Student Aide (1) Classroom Aide. Hours are 7:45 am - 3:15 pm on student attendance days per the District calendar. These positions are 9 month, deadline for applications is August 17th. Monroe Elementary Head Custodian Needed

Monroe Elementary School has an opening for Head Custodian beginning in August 2023
Applicants must have High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Hours are 7:00-4:00 pm M-F with weekend building checks required. This is a 12-month position with benefits including paid holidays throughout the school year. The starting pay is $19.00/hour.

The High School softball team fell to Goreville 5 to 1 in the 1A SuperSectional. The Lady Warriors finish the season with a 36 and 3 record.
The HS Softball team defeated WSS 8 to 0 to secure the Sectional Championship. The Lady Warriors will play at 10 am tomorrow in the Johnston City Supersectional.
JH Track Fundraiser Today!
The High School softball team will take on Windsor Stew Stras tomorrow in Kinmundy at 4pm for the Sectional Championship.
Great weekend for CW Athletics! HS Baseball and HS Softball both won Regional Championships and Jorge Crespo advances to the State Tennis Tournament.
The HS softball regional championship got delayed in the 4th inning today and will resume at 11am tomorrow morning in Casey. No admission will be charged.
